Motherhood is a dream
Despite it all, there is nothing in this world I would trade in being a mother for. The dirty diapers, the snuffly noses, the scraped knees, not having decent nights sleep in five years; it's all so wonderfully absurd and so terribly short. All those difficult mom jobs are mixed in with gentle butterfly kisses, mushy baby hugs, chocolate covered kisses, bedtime stories, and the light that fills their eyes every time they learn something new. How could anything even compare even come close to the waking dream that is motherhood?
