Home economics

God grants us a few blessings in our lives and some should never be taken for granted. There is no one who can prepare you for being a mother, except God. As young girls we dream of growing up, getting married and having a family of our own. Years ago, you were taught how to cook, clean and sew as part of school. It was called Home Economics. I don't know if that is a class that is even offered any more, but it should be. However, even Home Economics can't quite prepare you for motherhood.
